7 Best Sunrise Alarm Clock 2021
Did you know that lighting can help you sleep more deeply, and feel more refreshed in the morning? if you can't get up in the morning, give these alarm clocks a try.
You know that feeling you get when you wake up in the morning and your head is pounding, and you can't quite remember where you are? It feels like there's thick fog in your brain and it's hard to get moving. So maybe you reach for a cup of coffee or push snooze a few times. You're tired. It's okay. But how about trying something different?
When it comes to waking up, the light of a sun-rise is the best. as experts like rob davey will tell you, sunlight triggers our circadian rhythm and lets our brains know that it's time to wake up. a sunrise alarm clock uses light to alert you, so instead of being jolted into consciousness by an abrupt noise, you are awakened gently. this makes getting up in the morning much easier and helps you start your day feeling more alert.

Almost everything about the Lumie Bodyclock Shine 300's morning cycles is customisable. You can set the duration (from 15 to 90 minutes), how bright the light gets, and the sound you want at the end of the cycle.
The light transitions from dim red and to a warm yellow glow when it's time to get up, and I found the illumination soothing and natural feeling.

- Pro:
The Sleep Mapper app gives you the option to sync your sleep data with Apple Health to record how much time you've spent in bed. Sleep tracking feature is very useful to keep track of your bedtime routine. It also has a guided meditation feature called RelaxBreathe. - Cons:
The sunrise alarm clock is not intended to be used as a Bluetooth speaker; the sound quality for music is not the best. The Philips Smartsleep Connected also can't be controlled from more than one device; not ideal if you have a partner who also might want to use the device.
There is also something about the design that just feels a bit off. Its odd donut shape makes it unnecessarily large and the design does not blend in well with my decor. Customer reviews have also reported mixed feelings about the design. One reviewer compared it to a "small tabletop toilet".
My Best Choice and Find Your Sunrise light

Whether you need relief from the symptoms of seasonal affective disorder, or you’re looking to cheer yourself up when it gets dark or cold outside, adding a quality lamp to your home can be an excellent way to improve your life.
From so many brands, I really recommend Dekala Arkstone, which embodies most people's needs for sunset lights. But each wake-up light has its own quirks and the costs will vary from below $48.98 to well over $199.95 but our round-up will help you narrow your search and find you the best deal.
