Q: Can multiple discount codes be applied to the same product at the same time?

About the Long Distance control (Smart Version)

 Q: Can all the Dekala lamps / clocks be controlled from long distance?

Yes, all the Dekala lamps / clocks that can be controlled through the app can share your device with your long-distance friends or loved ones.

About wiFi Connection (Smart Version)

 Q: Do Dekala Lamps need WiFi? 

The smart version (which can be controlled by cell phone or voice) requires WiFi connection when setting the alarm clock or selecting functions such as 16 million colors.
Once the alarm clock is set, it works even without WiFi connection.
Some lamps can be set the alarm manually without WiFi, please see if there is an alarm clock icon on the lamp body.

 Q: Failed to configure WiFi

First, please turn on your phone's WiFi and Bluetooth.
Press and hold the lamp's Configure WiFi button until the lamp/icon flashes (refer to the manual for specific buttons).
Open the App (Smart Life / Dekala Home), click on "Add Device".
The icon of this lamp will pop up automatically, select "Add".
Next, configure WiFi for the lamp. Please make sure it's 2.4Ghz.
Wait a few seconds and the configuration will be successful.
If you still can't configure it successfully, please let us know which step went wrong.

Some questions about Dekala Arches™ 

Q: Is The Arches™ easy to carry? Can I take it with me when I go out?

Absolutely. It is compact and lightweight, weighing 700 grams and can be powered via USB Type-C input (the light brightness may be affected due to the weak voltage). Take it with you on picnics, trips, and yoga!

Q: Is their app free? How do I download it?

The Dekala app is completely free to use for all users and you can absolutely use your Arches or Primastic with the free version of the app! There are two ways to download, you can find the QR code on the manual or search "smart Life"/ "Dekala Home" in Google play / App store to download.

 Q: In addition to voice control the color, can voice set the alarm clock?

No, you can turn on the alarm you set before, but you can't set a specific time. With the voice setting, you can adjust the brightness and select the ambiance mode.

 Q: Does the lamp have a usb power cord or is it a specfic country plug?

No, Arches™ comes with an AC adapter, but you can use a USB cable to power it. We‘ll configure the plugs for orders from different countries.

Q : Can the lights be sync with the music?

Definitely!It's the perfect companion to your favorite songs and playlists, with lighting effects that sync perfectly with your tunes.

 Q: Can you turn off the sound and ONLY wake up with the light?

Yes, you can set it to just light, no sound.

 Q: How to adjust the brightness?

There are three ways to control.
1. simple voice control
2. use APP to adjust
3. manual control: turn the knob on the back of the light body.

 Q: What is wake up on light?

Lights are the best alarm clock! Light Wake Up is a unique feature of Dekala Primastic and Arkenstone, Sunstone. You can set a silent alarm clock, and when the time comes, it will wake you up by imitating bright sunlight. Feel the comfort of being awakened by the morning light.

 Q: Is the color of Prismatic lamp the same as Arches?

Both lights have roughly the same dynamic preset colors and 16 million solid colors. If you want more brilliant colors, you can learn about Arkenstone. this light has 10 preset dynamic colors, and HD reflective casing, the colors are more stunning.

Q: Does Prismatic have audio?

No, the Prismatic™ has no audio. It is designed for those who want the light to wake up. If you want a sound wake up call,  please check Arkenstone, Arches, Sunstone.
